I've read many reviews complaining about an update that moved server-lists to a different, clearly visible, tab. I have to say that after purchasing this game I honestly believed that my experience would be mediocre at best: Veterans calling out noobs, discouraging them to continue playing, etc. Not once in my short period of owning this game has this happened. (I'm willing to rule out that I'm lucky and just haven't been around 'those' people).

However, I can tell you this: As an achievement hunter, I was able to contact a developer on the official discord server (Remi, you're awesome!). This person took the time out to help me join a private server full of veterans for a 'Captain's Night' (Shout out to TGNS, you folks are great and I hope to play with you all again!) and was nice about it. Not only that, but the folks I played with were all immensely supportive of a 'greenie' being on their side. Folks in the voice-comms were giving me tips, telling me to follow them around, and showing me some really neat tricks.

I personally like small maps with 7v7 teams; it allows you to know the folks you're playing with (especially if they are in comms). I've had a great experience so far.

TLDR; This game is awesome and I highly recommend it for the experience and the community.
