Have yet to encounter crash, bugs or inbalances. These and the new exploits will be fixed in time...
That said. The recent increase in game breaking issues in relation to DLC:s and patches shows that the game has become bloated and hard to manage. PDX needs to start working on EU5 with a new solid strategy that always take account that introduced features are easy to balance and manage.

Edit:
28 hours played. Game corrupted at 1659. PDX shouldn't have released that hotfix.

Edit 2:
Game is now playable without game breaking bugs. 15 days after release.
