Thanks for Austria, are you planning the Map for CS2?

Hey man, looking at the comment section, I get you get a lot of this, but damn, Austria is a map very close to my heart. As a person who grew up with a semi-absent Austrian father and never really learned German all THAT well because of that, but always loving my dad, the country and the people there, when this got added to the map pool, I really felt it become a comfort map for me. Those few months are even now the golden age for me. Just putting on music from Wetterpanorama and cosplaying that atmosphere, so many good memories. Are there any updates for the map coming, or are there other priorities for the time being?

@Junkers: Yeah, it needs to be ported to the new engine in order to work on CS2. ;)

Please consider remaking Austria for Counter-Strike 2. It is my favourite bomb defuse map which I have been playing for years. It would look beautiful in the new engine, and I am so excited to play it..

Die Map an sich ist frei erfunden, um Einschränkungen beim Layout zu vermeiden.
Bei der "Skyline" (die beiden Kirchen, Lage am See) habe ich mich allerdings von Hallstatt inspirieren lassen.
Wie du aber gut erkannt hast, basieren einige der Texturen auf Fotos, die ich in Nauders gemacht habe. ;)

Hey Radix ich habe eine Frage über die Map Austria. Wenn ich die Foren so durchgehe steht überall, dass die Map Hallstatt darstellen soll. Ich habe recherchiert und habe gesehen, dass das Hotel Post und die Bäckerei genau ident mit denen in "Nauders" in Tirol sind und in Hallstatt nicht existieren. Ich hab jedoch nirgends lesen können, dass die Map in Nauders ist. Von welchem Ort hast du dich jetzt eigentlich inspirieren lassen? LG

can you make another gelocity with like those exasuin tunels and make them FAST and is it posable that you can make tureet ai s so it just isnt just two peps and can you make it in the testing lab with panels that have bounce gel speed gel insta kill tureets and littel boxs with perks like a tureet gun or faster runing. so yeah can ya make that it wloud please the pepole. well bye
