You should check the demo , learn to turn away from flashes and maybe even learn to hold angles without being out in open.. maybe learn maps well enough that you know where you can wallbang and how to line them up. You do know that you are accusing player who has been playing cs longer than you have lived of cheating.. just because you do not know something does not mean it does not exist. If you do not know how to do something , it does not mean it is impossible to do .. You know that scout ( and other scoped weapons) are accurate on top of the jump ?? right.. maybe practice against bots if you do not know the game well enough.
