If i would not know better, this is a sure "Very Positive" little title.
But fact is, there are just too many better executed bullethells/roguelikes out there.

This game IS fun, but why i go negative?

- No updates for ages, current state lets me wonder this is a 1.5(!) version already.
- Anything close to "backpack management" is horrible, its just no fun managing stuff.
Its just clunky, slow and u dont even can see where u hovering items at, cause no tiles!
- Autoswap items is not even possible, you need to use that ugly spots left/right to rearrange.
Its just an annoying feature, not a cool idea imho.
- Many texts do not make sense/let questions open on how things work
- especially when understanding unlocks
- Some characters are different, many feel too close or boring, coming from Brotato, God of Weapons has some super boring variety
- Several bugs that feel like in there for a long time
- No in-run save (!) - so if u gtg on level 18, yeah, scru u player

Für 8-9 euro and the 2h i played (watched half an hour and it itched, so i bought it) its a decent game so far.
It seems a bit boring due to the similar monsters and scenery (so far) but the base game feels smooth, the digging is quite a coool approach and the hunt for more minerals and cash to upgrade rogue-style is motivation.

Also, Deep Rock Galactic devs - i mean, what can possibly go wrong?
Im sure, even if this has ssome bigger flaws, the guys will find a way to make it perfect in time.

Sunkeland may be a island-loot-collection game, with a lot of underwater parts of the islands, but its not Raft.
You cruise around, collect stuff, fight enemies (A.I) and get better stuff duo to better loot and blueprints you find.
This whole game loop is fun and we had about 20h until we reached the feeling, that we should wait for updates.

The most negative points you need to consider before bying now (end of 12-2023):

- Bad network implentation (some delays/mini teleports when coop)
- Clunky controls, clunky hitboxes, its just a super clunky game
- Buggy buildings and things you craft (get stuck, wont work e.g.)
- Enemy A.I either wallhack/aimbot or braindead af.

- QoL missing things.
- No auto sort into chests
- Cant move chests WITH stuff in it
- No "simple" movement option for buildings
- limited objects for a fun base creation (generally base build is pretty small)

Great game, Gunfire Vibes with a lot to discover. 9/10 no question.
BUT BUT BUT the Matchmaking is a mess and BUGGED.

Either i dont find a partner OR its bugged and someone joins me while the "Searching for a Brobot" is still showing up.
Making it impossible to START the game, cause - as i said - "Search" is still going on.
Cant even cancel the search.

PLEASE add a way to communicate with others.
Voice, Text, Emote. ANYTHING - its a mess with randoms - they cant even ping when they are DOWN.
Half game my partner or me are missing a dead partner cause of the intense fights and rezzing later than we could.

Base game feels great. Im not too hard into those kinda games, but i directly "felt" it and me and my mate had a lot of fun in coop. The enemies sometimes tough, but never unfair, the chars are different and yet fun. If the devs keep updating and adding more content as promised on the roadmap, this is a no brainer for some fun coop runs for sure.

Great game for a small price. A load of content and so many QoL things already inbuilt, i did not yet feel like to "mod" it like i had to do for other games that missing simple things as in-depth settings. To be fair, alone the "send to nearby storage" and "use nearby storage to craft" being in this made the deal for me.

Besides: Lots of basebuilding, classical "grind ores and stuff" -> "get better equipment" -> fight better bosses and so on. Loving this and looking forward to its future!

This game was first released under the name of "Ultimate ALT+F4 simulator".
The official guide was developed under codename "R.A.G.E.Q.U.I.T".
I love this game.

You ask yourself: "Should i buy another "Vampire Survivors" or "20 minutes till dawn"" ?
Easy answer: This game is the ♥♥♥♥. 4000% more ways to play. So many items, effects, different (crazy) characters and unlocks.

While i am trying one build there is already coming an idea for another build.
After only 7 hours, if i could time travel and this would cost 14,99, i would still buy it.

I dont generally jump on a hate train, so the shop is one thing. But i dont like ROOTKITS being installed on my PC that stay on it even when i uninstall the game. I had to manually remove it yesterday after deleting the game. Cant support companies that do stuff like that, it does NOT matter if there is no harm intent, noone should have access to my computer in such an invasive way.
