I have recently purchased the Forest, and I am actually surprised how this game has become one of my favorite survival games. The game isn't perfect, but people often forget the price tag that also goes with it. This game delivers a lot for it's price, and it's unique in it's genre.

I really love how you can decide to just play the "survival"aspect of the game, but what adds a plus for me is the story part of the game. Most survival games have no endings, plots, quests, and this is what makes the forest different. I love the creepy part of it, the story, the team play and just the overall experience. A lot of people have been saying to keep at it, and I will say the same. Much more can be done, being a dev myself, but I already love and enjoy what I see here.

Some things to consider :

- Some of the sounds really need to be balanced. In many areas, such as the boss fight, waterfalls, etc, you can't hear anything at all. Really hard to hear teamates ..unless lowering the game sounds. Really important to balance the audio, since it's part of the experience.
- The rope glitches... this one was our least favorite. Often it keeps bringing players back up... or people just ending up falling to their deaths.
- And collisons. Often people can fallt through the map (Probably due to the lag issues of the game)

But I really recommend this game to all survival fans out there. The forest is different and unique in it's genre.
