I was previously quite upset with the dev's that our server had lost all of it's progress. I learned recently it was due to server side and not game client side, so I rescind my previous negative review. This game's good, you know it, I know it, go play it.

Very very poor, not worth the money at all. Compared to Storm 3, the games predecessor, it pales in in comparison. The "story mode" known as ninja escapades is half assed at best, with only 3 scenarios to play through that don't outline anything new. I usually play the Naruto games to catch with the anime I don't feel like watching so when I played and discovered the lack of any story and the skip from 3 to basically the end of Shippuden I was unhappy to say the least. THe new 'Ninja World Tournament' mode is also half assed. While the mode is fun, towards the end they throw so much stuff into the little arena provided that I have almost no idea what's going on! It takes about 4 hours to beat this mode and there's real variation in gameplay throughtout with the same Battle format being thrown at you to the point where it seems like a repetitive grind. Speaking of repetitive, the cutscenes and commentary would also have the same descriptor attached to it, where as you move up the ranks of the tournament there is literally no variation in cutscenes or the 5 lines of "Commentary" (which does not even apply to the battle mind you). The Mecha Naruto story is even somehow WORSE! Have you done mushrooms while taking a ♥♥♥♥ ton of adderrall? Because I felt like one of the producers did this and ranted to his father to implement this piece of garbage into the game for 5 hours until his will finally gave and put this horrid content into the Naruto game! The story and gameplay is similar to that of previous Naruto games which is nice, a lot of running around just for a cutscene here or a battle there while providing some means to make me care... Up until half way through when I realize just non-sensical and stupid this is! The story for it makes Zero sense and is vague as hell behind the backstory and how Mecha Narutop even works! (Some "Evil man" created these to destroy the world, I wish I wasn't quoting the game there). Please don't buy this game like I did.
