Aftr graduation at 16, I joined the Army and almost went to Viet Nam if not for the fact I still was only 17 after training! .Serve stateside for 18 months and mustered out during RIF . North Fort Myers is the ole Florida as seen in old travel films. Mom & Pop motels and ice cold Nehi sodas in the tall bottle at the corner store abounds here still. Lots of atmosphere with an apparent shortage of pastel paint schemes. We do not look like Orlando.
