Meet the game that started our current fascination with roguelikes off , the binding of isaac is a tale that no one really understands not even the creator , however the confusing storyline makes you see the story for how you view it which is actually pretty neat when you get into discussions over it.

The gameplay is unremarkable hundreds of unique items you can find and multiple characters each with their own different stats , some with amazing abilities while some are more like traps. With every life being a new adventure as the floors and items on the floors are randomly generated this adds enourmous replayability factor into the binding of isaac , I so far have clocked over 100 hours and still enjoy it.

Pros: Cheap , low system requirements, replayibility factor

Cons: Can be very challenging , flash based engine prone to glitches and crashes

For $5 you really cant go wrong in any aspect.
