make your assistant manager do all the media shit, its a waste of time.
even if your team is 1-0 up at half time but are playing at less than 7/10, angrily tell them its not good enough.
if you have a good striker who has weak strength, he wont score
if your midfielders or defenders have low teamwork/workrate, youl let in goals
when playing against a terrible team, do an angry team talk and tell them you demand a win.
theres a hundred other things i could list here that i guarantee you dont do, because your bad, but im not going to, because i cant be bothered
No you didn't. haha. All I can say is, if you guys don't like my honest opinion, you can always F*ck off? I mean, who is asking you to come here and say incredibly childish things like: 'I won the Champs League with Tamworth'? If you aren't going to say something productive, simply f*ck off?
In fm2016 someone every single game in the Premier League with Arsenal. How can it be the game when other people are having success. Whether you believe it or not your not managing your team well which is why these things are happening to you. I know this because I used to be like you and have the same opinion on FM2016. Then I spent a lot of time reading advice from succesful players and suddenly I found a system that worked for me. Every club and player is different. You need an approach that suits.
.
Get thumped 3-0 away to Hull. Everybody goes to fairly poor morale. (Here comes the dreaded unwarranted downward spiral that will test you all season). Get beat off Celtic in the Champs League. Not one shot on goal. Get thumped off Watford away 4-1. The whole squad is unhappy. Nobody is playing well all of a sudden. Doing nothing different from the first two games. This will happen all season.
Waste of money. I won't change my opinion for you. I've spent 100hrs on this 'thing' and it's horrible to play.
