fourDeltaOne's IW4M is a modification to Activision's Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. This modification brings some very interesting new features to this game, including;

Dedicated Servers
One feature so very desired by the Call of Duty community, sadly left out in the original game, makes it appearance in IW4M. Everyone is able to set up his/her own server, and change it to their own insight as much as they like.

Developer Console
The developer console also makes its return from previous Call of Duty games, both in-game and external, allowing you to easily access functions at the press of a button.

Mod Support
IW4M includes a mod menu from which you can load any mod you would like to play, be it in private matches or your own dedicated server. Popular mods include iSnipe, Zombies and many more. All of these can be played on the various dedicated servers, but you can also run them on your own server.

Demo Recording
For the many Montage/Commentary creators in this community, demo recording is possible in IW4M.

Login
By including a login feature, IW4M prevents username fraud, and brings an extra level of security to the game.

Anti Cheat Intelligence
IW4M comes with a fully automatic cheat detection system called aCI. The database is updated actively, ensuring a minimal amount of in-game hackers.

Custom Maps
IW4M comes with several different maps which are ported from the campaign mode, and made playable for Multiplayer gametypes. One example of these maps is Oilrig, from the mission where you extract the hostages from the huge oil drilling platform. In total there are 7 of these ported maps, which were never included in the original Multiplayer part of Modern Warfare 2.

Custom Weapons
In addition to the ported maps, IW4M includes 2 SP weapons, being the m40a3 and the w1200, both known from Call of Duty 4. These weapons are playable on several maps, including Oilrig.

Custom Gametypes
Beside this custom content IW4M also has some custom gametypes, amongst which are GunGame, SharpShooter and One in the Chamber.

All these new features make for a great improvement on the original version, but that is not the best part. Most important of this all is an active support for this game, both in support and in regular updates, keeping this game fresh at all times!

Will IW4M allow pirated game copies?
