The Descendant is a classic, 3rd person, linear, short but very enjoyable, story/narrative driven point and click adventure, or to put it another way, a very great/nice experience! So this indie developer has invested a lot of effort in it, to provide a high quality product, instead of content quantity.

There is just a few, very easy puzzles and some quick time events, but that’s fine for this kind of game. The graphics, sound and the cut scenes are good quality.

Sure it is still a bit rough around the edges, but this has no negative impact at all.
