It's a cute little game. It's not the regular sim city game, where you choose what to build, when and where. You get little tasks along the way, and as you progress more and more buildings open up. When you decide to build something, it already has a place in the map upfront. No other maps or other scenarios, so the major con for this is zero replayability. It's just the same. But for a small cost, this is fun and cartoonish. Mechanics for controlling the toons is easy and well made, the AI works well, and it has a tiny mini game inside similar to angry birds.
If you want a casual sim builder, to relax with and pass the time, this is perfect. This is not intended for hardcore sim lovers.
