Burning through my 100+ backlog, or game purchased from Steam sales, Humble monthly, etc. As such, my criteria for a positive recommendation are based on the first 5 minutes. Does the UI work? Does steam overlay work? Does the game actually run and render in 4K?

Giving this title a positive review for the new approach on a side scroller, good graphics, excellent sound design, a joy to play!
