Too much micro-management. You lose a lot of skill after each day. You constantly have to eat and sleep, which wastes time and money. There is no fast-forward, so you have to sit and wait everytime you eat, sleep and train. The game encourages you to pick only 1 or 2 skills to focus on, but training at the gym doesn't add much skill and you constantly lose some of that skill (and can drop levels) between each day.
