This is my favorite singleplayer game of all time.

Everything about this experience is perfectly crafted to get the player thinking creatively. The puzzles are challenging and rewarding without being unfairly difficult. Everything needed to solve a puzzle is laid out before you every time. No second guessing whether you're in the right place at the right time or if you have the right items or anything like that. Just extremely clever and witty puzzles that will get you excited to solve the next one.

The puzzles alone make the game great, but what makes this one of my favorite games is the story and how it intertwines so fluidly with the gameplay. It is truly a unique experience, the kind that only a carefully built videogame like this can give you. I won't spoil anything, but even years after beating the game for the first time I still think about the story and the effect it had on me because it's just that clever. I genuinely believe this game is a masterpiece. I highly encourage you not to look up any tutorials online your first run through, it's not too long and the payoff will be worth it, I promise.

That being said, if you truly hate puzzle games, this is probably not for you. I'd still recommend you buy it and try it for yourself though.
