Just got the Bastard Wound expansion, I was quite excited as I am a big fan of the base game.

I got confused when I hit continue and couldn't find new missions in the mission log, or new areas (as advetized) on the map.

After looking for information on how to start the expansion, I found out this "expansion" is actually a bunch of side missions in *ACT 2* of the game.
So you basically have to replay the whole game to experience this additional chunk of content.
Strangest thing I have ever seen. And from what I hear the content is totally detached from the main quest and story too.

This is more of a warning than a review to people who might expect to continue from act 3, as I did. Or at the very least who thought they could play the content without having to replay the whole game again.
If I had time to replay the full game I would've rolled another character regardless of the expansion.

As such I can definately not recommend it as an expansion. This would be ok if you've never played the base game and want to add content to it.
But if you have and aren't willing to spend time replaying the whole thing, best ignore it.

I hold Tyranny very dear, on my profile I have it up as my favorite game among my 7000 games.
