To install this, click the link below and then the program will open. From there, click add assets > far right tab should be DLC. You can figure out the rest from there.

This has become my favorite video game of all time. Took a little getting used to at first (had a little vr sickness the first day, didnt play for a few days, and then the magic began haha) but once I did and added a few aesthetic and immersion increasing mods it's (imo) the ultimate Western RPG experience to play Skyrim in VR.

The combat isn't going to be quite as tactical as it is in controller/mouse and keyboard flatscreen Skyrim, but the same thought processes do happen. For example, you now have to take your own stamina into account (at least, if you're using motion controls, which is how I play) if you're fighting with a melee weapon, but nothing beats the feeling of using a well timed shield-bash with your left hand and staggering a huge Orc that was staring through your soul with murderous rage, and then actually bashing him to death (sounds morbid, but you know what I mean) with your right hand, all while dodging arrows from some enemy archer hiding perfectly behind a rock. Something you dont notice quite as much until you're down there in the world with them and the arrows are wizzing by your head with perfect sound design/programming making it actually adrenaline-inducing. No fight is boring anymore; even fighting a random wolf that you one-shot has much more satisfaction to it than just left clicking and going on your way. Even hunting is more exciting (which is why I added a mod to add a nice survival system). Epic stuff.

The graphics are as good as they could possibly be for a game of this magnitude in VR, and I highly commend the developers for this, because I find that it's one of the best looking VR games in general. I don't even fast travel anymore (at least for now, much later it's pretty much inevitable) because walking through the forests, past the waterfalls, under the towering Nord statues of Talos and other gods staring down at you. Crouching down physically to activate sneak mode (this can be toggled off if you'd rather sit and play) and creeping through a dark cave while you hear the faint footsteps of..... something- coming your way. What is it? Well, now you get to find out as you actually watch it come around the corner and jump out at you. And don't even get me started on Dragons, man.

If you like VR, and you like Skyrim. Or if you like immersive role playing experiences in your games, then as far as I'm concerned, as a guy who put over 300 hours into Skyrim/SE, this is the pinnacle.

I don't see what some people's problem is with the game- Honestly, as far as licensed games go, this is a great game. I spent about an hour in it expecting to not want to play it again after my initial try, but I actually do see myself coming back to it. Is it the best shooter ever? No. Is it the worst? DEFINITELY not. If you like Ghost in the Shell and FPS games, there's no reason not to at least try it. If you don't like shooters, don't bother. It's clearly your typical progression-based online competitive game, so be ready to play for hours and hours and hours to unlock things to make yourself proficient, but if you enjoy the core gameplay, it doesn't feel too much like a chore.

I think the graphics are decent, and the sound design is passable. The gameplay is solid, if not slightly below average for your big name AAA FPS games, but definitely playable. I like the implementation of the Think Tanks, and how you can customize your own for when they show up in game. The characters and their various abilities are unique enough to make them interesting, and I could see a well-coordinated team of people who actually communicate dominating this game with the right setups.

That being said, I did spend the entire time going "lone-wolf" and was top player, if not top 3 in every match, and won 50% of the 6 matches I played. So it is a good game to play if you just feel like doing your own thing and not getting too serious the whole time.

Just don't go into it expecting Halo, Call of Duty, or Battlefield, and you might be surprised.

This is, by far, one of the best RPG Maker games I've played in my life. I'm a few hours into the game, and just getting into the thick of the story and I'm hooked. The story is unpredictable enough to keep you interested, and even though it follows some somewhat familiar tropes, the characters and presentation manage to keep it feeling fresh. The battle system and core game design are brilliant, and the art and music fit perfectly- it all meshes together seamlessly into a delightful RPG that's definitely worth your time if you're into classic RPGs, and light-hearted adventure stories. At the time of writing this, I got the game at a discount, but frankly it's worth whatever the price is when you go to buy it. Highly recommended.
