This game does not deserve the smack it gets, the story is immersive, the characters are interesting, and it has a brilliant cover system. My only beef with this game is the lack of side missions, it's just one mission at a time with the huge city as only a backdrop. Pick this game up, 2K is literally giving you an offer you can't refuse.
