I also live in China, and it's pretty much certain that most MMOs from other countries are going to be inconsistent. Even if you can connect to them, it's usually quite laggy, and being disconnected is a certainty.

You could always contact Steam about it. They did sell you a game specifically designed to not work for oyou after all.

That's Steam's problem.

I even cannot play this game. I cost nearly 1 hour to try to play but it only said error account or password.i reset my password for several times and create another new account, all failed.
i ask my friends who played this game for several hours and they tell me they use VPN and change IP to an American one.If not do like this ,you will only get that you log with a wrong account or password.
Certainly EU/RU/ and other IP will works well but you cannot play this game with China IP.
many games are not accessible in China . Those games are unavailable in china steam store. But why i can buy this game from store and cannot play?i was really annoyed

Try asking them to whitelist your ip. If you follow the rules after that, they know they made the right choice. If you don't, they know who it was because there's only one ip from China.

It may also be possible that the opposite is true, that your region blocked the game. It is a social media game, and China tends to censor that a lot.

I can buy it in steam store and run the game but can't log in .I think SOE limit the access here.I ask several friends who have played the game .Some of them told me that this game need VPN to play and couldn't log in in China.I will do more work later to make sure if really so .Then report to Valve

Its prolly cause beta has limited access maybe... OR... they have blocked CHINA as a hole because the country is littered with Sellers/botters... and SOE has tooken the measures to block any access from the country do to this.... maybe... least thats what I think...
