Information about Game Collector Badge / XP per game owned

Thanks to Kayato, on the comments:

Only 1 game = 100xp badge
2-4 games = 100xp + 6xp per game
5-9 games = 100xp + 5xp per game
10-24 games = 150xp + 3.33 per games above the 10°
25-49 games = 200xp + 2xp per game above the 25°
50-99 games = 250xp + 1.5xp per game above the 50°
100-249 games = 325xp + 1.1667xp per game above the 100°
For all 250 or more badges = 250+1xp per games


Old and busted post ---

Decided to try and do some math to figure out how much XP you get for each game owned, based on the collector badges.

After coming to a few conclusions, I decided to share it with you guys, there apparently is a formula that relates to the badge you have, and please do bear in mind this is as of now incomplete:

1-4 games:
100xp +5xp per game;
Edit: Some have brought up that this may be incorrect. I need more data to confirm;

5-9 games:
100xp +5xp per game;

10-24 games:
150xp +3.33xp per game above 10.
Or, 116.66xp +3.33xp per game.
This one was a bit tricky, I could find out the slope is of 3.33 but it didn't make sense 10 games being 150xp, eventually it got cracked so a complete formula would be:
Y = 10x/3 + 350/3, Y being total xp, x being number of games owned;

25-49 games:
150xp + 2xp per game (Y = 2x + 150, Y being total xp, x being number of games owned);

50-99 games:
175xp + 1.5xp per game (Y = 3x/2 + 175, Y being total xp, x being number of games owned);

100-249 games:
250xp + 0.75xp per game (Y = 3x/4 + 250, Y being total xp, x being number of games owned);

250-499 games:
250xp + 0.75xp per game (Y = 3x/4 + 250, Y being total xp, x being number of games owned);

500-999 games:
I could not calculate a decent formula. Have a decent pool sample that should have been enough. Seems like the formula is more complex, decreasing base amount of xp and increasing xp per game?
Edit: Seems to be another odd case. Again, need more data to confirm, try out the following formula and see if it fits (Spoilers: It probably won't):
Y = 3x/4 + 967/4, Y being total xp, x being number of games owned.

1000-1999 games:
1xp per game. Base xp seems to be gone, straigthforward maths 1:1 game/xp ratio.

2000+ games:
1xp per game as previous tier.

So there you have it. If anyone has data on the missing initial tiers, please do share so I can update the information. Or if you'd like to try and crack the 500-999 tier, I can share the data I managed to collect.

Oh? Would you happen to have some data on that so I could confirm it? (2 or 3 accounts that have the 25+ games achievement)

5+: 100xp + 5 each game.
10+: 100xp + 4 or 4.25 each game. (i've seen both).

Can the games be f2p or beta. It said I have 9 games and then I saw a game. So I was going to test it. Then i only got 9 games as before (the game i downloaded and played was f2p)?

I've got about 33 games, then added one more and went up 2 XP. I'd have to look to see what the actual XP value is now.

Edit: 218 XP and 34 games. 34x2 is 68. 218 - 68 is 150.

So for my tier, it's 150 + 2 per game.

I currently have Director of Acquisitions (500+ Badge), at 725 XP, with 644 Games Owned.

I recently added three games to my account with keys; two increased my XP by two, but the third one didn't. So it's probably some fraction of that.

My guess is: 500 Base EXP + 0.35 per game: 500 + (0.35 * 644) = 500 + 225.4 = 725.4 XP.

About the 1-4 medal, I think it's 3XP per game, my girlfriend just registered her account and she's got 2 games on it, totaling 106XP

25+ badge, the 25-49 range:
200 xp + 2 xp/game * (games - 25), or equivalently,
150 xp + 2xp/game * total games

I got the same question. Does that also counts? And must the games owned be installed to be count as "owned"? How about deleted games?

No way it needs to be installed, more than 70% of my game list has never been downloaded once and it still counts
