"Taunt ???" For Engineer

I was messing around with Loadout.tf and saw a taunt called "Taunt ???" for Engi. I checked other some of the classes but it isn't there for them. Does anyone know what that taunt is and why is it there?

It's a taunt scraped by valve. It was supposed to be engineer being sick and vomiting
