I put around 0.5 BTC into my balance, and when the keys came out I tried getting around 124 of them. However when I tried to get the keys, one of them went unavailable and the money was removed from my balance. Now I can't get any keys and I can't refund.

I put around 0.88 BTC into my balance, and few hrs later when the keys came out I tried getting around 221 of them. However when I tried to get the keys, one of them went unavailable and the money was removed from my balance. Now I can't get any keys and I can't refund.

I sent about ~0.225 bitcoins for 56 keys, after that i send a offer to the first bot. He said thanks for the purchase but didn't accept my offer. Didn't accepted it in about 20 minutes, then he declined the offer and went offline. My balance was deducted by the price of 56 keys so i can't send another offer and i didn't get refunded.

Hello, I have a problem with bot2, i have send a an offer for 62 keys from bot2 but they not accept a request offer, he even said thank you for purchasing and my balance has been reduced.

Spent 89$ on bot but i dont know why i have not recieved keys and ive tried contact you guys so many times and now when i try add you it says failed to add...

Please note im not saying he scammed me but i just need his attention..

Sent payment for 280 keys to bot#2, and sent offer try to get 280keys, however, it didn't respond to my offer, and balance is removed. Added MOD.

tried to buy 40 keys, got btc address and sent btc, sent offer again but something happened and the trade didnt come up, i sent another one and it went through but bot 2 didnt accept the trade but he didnt decline it either and the btc coins where gone from my account

When I try to send an offer to sell keys I get a messgae "Sorry but I am not currently buying keys. Please listen or any group announcements or /status for details of when I will buy again.
" Yet when I type /status it says "Hello!
I am currently buying keys at 0.00376715 bitcoins/key
I am currently selling keys at 0.00402775 bitcoins/key
I can buy 19580 keys and sell 0 keys to you. (Based on your unconfirmed balance)
I am currently accepting friends
