SimplyWicked.net Natural Selection 2 Server [West]

Dec 21 - Anti-Stack Balanced Teams Mod updated! The mod *tries* to keep the relative skill and team-play strength of each player balanced between the two teams. Each player's rating is calculated using a variety of stats based on data collected by UWE's Hive and NS2Stats.

It's not always perfect -- there are simply way too many variables/factors to account for once a game begins -- but it does a fairly good job more times than not.

SIMPLE RULES:

• Language: The odd swearing is allowed, but try to keep it PG.
  
• Communication: Communicate by text/voice or be kicked. Be succinct.
  
• Follow Orders: If the Commander explicitly tells you to do something, you must do it.
  
• Teamwork: Your team always comes first.
  
• No Recycling: Recycling IPs is not allowed. Surrender/Concede starts at 6 minutes.
  
• Exploits: No tolerance for any exploits, maps or otherwise.
  
• Listen to Admins: You must comply with any admin's request immediately with no questions asked.
  
• Respect: Treat everyone with respect. Smack talk and whining is not respectful. No tolerance for racial or sexual slurs.
  
• No Smurfing: Use a consistent name that makes you easily identifiable. Community is built on familiarity.

Skill level is generally intermediate and up, but we allow rookies and newer players on this server (except in the commander role) as long as they communicate and try to follow the leads of more experienced players. We all started as rookies. :)

We have many strong players that frequently play here. There are times when newer, inexperienced players will simply be well out of their league. It's all relative.
