Scamming Case of CometX/ComeTT (Other Names: Doing the right thing.; Almost Done (3/4); Thank you to everyone)

Brief Overview: CometX faking the hosting of raffles to steal items from other people and selling it away. He also impersonates reputable traders.

Scammer impersonated another account and uses its Steamrep on his profile, apparently making it look as though he isn't banned on Steamrep.

Doing the right thing : said that he would help me raffle my games using an automatic form thing that would set up a post saying a game bundle
then when the trade went through he immediately blocked me

When did this happen? Well, I still think Comet was quite friendly, I hate to see him go to scamming for more money. While I agree that the scamming was wrong, I disagree to see this message posted out to everyone, just like when I was "scamming". Even if it's not a false claim, I just don't like these sorts of posts after Nightmare did his name calling and disgraced my name on TgR. He later sold the group and ran about a week later xD

I'm gathering as much evidence as I can to see this scammer to justice. If you dispersuade me to probe futher, how will you explain the injustice faced by the victims of his scams? This is outright scamming, and is prohibited by Steam. What he gets will be his just desserts.
