Rather than being solely a captain pug system, these channels alternate between captain and random pugs. Basically, after a captain pug has started, the remaining players are sorted into classes (one class per player), and only as many players as can fill two teams are allowed to add. When enough are added, the bot randomly assigns players to teams and then flips back to captain mode.

In short, everyone who adds during random mode gets to play as a class they add as. No one gets fatkidded. If you add, you get fatkidded for at most one pug, as the next one's a random pug. (Although admins can fmode back to captain, if enough people request it and no one objects).

This should allow players of all divisions a chance to play, rather than becoming a hang out exclusive to players in the top few divisions.

Traditionally in EU double mixes, fat kidding has meant that the first 18 who add up join a server. There two slowest players play a medic duel. Then the medics pick players one by one until all 18 players have a team. The last player who joins a team is the fat kid. No classes are pre-selected, when you get picked into a team, you pick one class that is still available. If your fav class is already gone, too bad.
