Unofficial update for July 2013 L4D2 patch

EDIT:
I've just released Left 4 Gore[www.left4gore.com] 2.3. It's a cross-platform rewrite of my Left 4 UNCUT 2.2 UNOFFICIAL release. The Windows version makes exactly the same changes to the game.

If you run into any problems with the Windows or Linux versions, let me know at the email address on the website. The OS X version should be out in the next few days.

Changelog:

2.3 (2013/07/12)

Renamed to Left 4 Gore.
Rewritten from scratch.
Linux support added.
L4D2 autolaunch added.

Old pre-edit Left 4 UNCUT v2.2 UNOFFICIAL:
Since supex0 seems to have disappeared, I've taken the liberty of releasing an unofficial 2.2 patch which makes it work again. The July 2013 Left 4 Dead 2 release is compiled slightly differently, so Left 4 UNCUT needed only a trivial change.

BTW It works for me on Win 7 64x
Don't forget to add an exception in your Anti Virus Software!
And NO you won't get a VAC ban! (as long as this update does not change the patching method of v2.1, which i doubt)

Hmm. It works but I'm wondering - am I the only one not able to see my workshop files? They keep refreshing everytime I boot the game and I can't see them for AGES if they appear at lall =/
