Guardian for Payday 2

Originally, Guardian was going to be a skilltree, then a perk deck. However, with the introduction of the new skilltrees, that plan changed.

After the skilltree rework, I did make a perk deck for the Guardian. However, this felt lack luster, and the gameplay was unintuitive - you stood still to get bonuses. The one saving grace of the Guardian at the time was a chance to not use ammo while shooting.

I have scrapped that idea entirely. I'm moving the Guardian to less standing your ground and more on playing the game calmly.

This is where the new perk deck comes into play.

This first release only has the core of the deck in place. It's missing textures and sounds for certain effects, however, this pass should be enough for a beta test.

The new perk deck has the same cards as every other deck in slots 2, 4, 6 and 8. The cards in this deck are as follows:

Cooling Off - Scoring a headshot will regenerate 2 life points every 0.4 seconds for 2 seconds.

Level Headed - The health regeneration is now 4 life points instead of 2.

Urgency - Upon hitting 30% health you will gain a 20% movement speed bonus that lasts for 3 seconds.
This effect can only occur once every 20 seconds, and can only occur once per threshold.

Mantra - Standing still for 5 seconds will begin to heal you for 5 life points every 2 seconds.

Spectacles - Scoring a headshot while armor is broken will regenerate 8 life points every 0.25 seconds for 1 second.
