During the huge reports about this , i've made this thread to explain how to bet again after new trading system.

1. Install steam app on android or ios phones

2. Login and change verification setting from EMAIL to MOBILE AUTHENTICATION

3. Steam logout from ur lappy or PC from D2L and steam web browser

4. Clear history cookies store data from browser fully

5. Generate ur new trading url of steam and paste in D2L site

6. Wait 7 days to get activated fully for instant trade with any one

7. Enjoy Betting :)

How to fix this issue ?

• Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator activated for atleast 7 days.
  
• Email confirmations should be enabled.

Few tings to follow on how to do that.

• Log in to Steam (using the application or a web browser) and click on your account name located in the top right corner.
  
• Select 'Account Details' from the dropdown menu.
  
• Under 'Contact Info', select 'Add a phone number'. If a phone number has already been added to the account, you will see 'Manage your phone number' instead.
  
• Enter your phone number and select 'Next'. We will send an SMS message containing your confirmation code - Enter this code to verify that we have the correct information.
  
• Dawnload Steam app into your phone ( ios or andriod ).
  
• login and activate mobile guard.
  
• You are done!

Last step :

Copy those settings to your own account [i.imgur.com] the most important thing is

Confirmation of Trades must be enabled

Here is a test for normal trades :

view [i.imgur.com] No longer you can see trade hold msg.
view [i.imgur.com] Successfully sent but waiting to confirm by mobile.

Test with betting :

After following those steps now you can bet/request returns as you can see in those screenshots ,
Choose match and item(s)[i.imgur.com]
Accept trade offer from the bot[i.imgur.com]
After accepting go to mobile[i.imgur.com]
Go to mobile app and confirm[i.imgur.com]
Accept the email confirmation to accept bot's offer[i.imgur.com]
Your item(s) successfully in the match[i.imgur.com]

trade,market v.v. another web still fine, but at d2l, can't place bet, the text waiting bot show up, and BAM, nothing happen, the trade msg didn't show up. happen few day back

Don't worry, Valve's "trade protection" is saving you! All of us get a wonderful "$@#% You!" from Valve because too many people are idiots who fall for scams! They are protecting you! <3

But, as a suggestion for a workaround for those who do not have access to a smart phone, possibly the option to add items to the "Returns" section could be added so that those without can still participate in betting new items.

that didnt help anyway. I have this shitty authenticator for like 10 days at least and still no cooperation with bots.

I have made several bets using D2L in the past. This error only showed up after bots were down for an extended period of time. "Make sure that your account is able to receive and/or send trade offers" My profile and inventory are public, I am not trade banned, and I have submitted a new steam trade link on my D2L profile. Is there any fix? I haven't seen any topics with this specific error.

So I didn't have email confirmation on for trades, now it lets me accept trade, although I just accepted 3 trades, and now I am getting that notification again, not really sure what is wrong now.

Still can't get items from returns and I have done every single thing that the post tels me to do

Reis i'm getting the same issue "Looks like the bot couldn't send you an offer, make sure you have "lists off things new trade link not trade banned, armoury not full and steam guard mobile authenticator active. worked for 1 trade, now nothing but this message.
