What is investing?
Putting your money into buying certain items expecting them to rise in price, in order to resell and gain income or profit. Investing means being patient and putting time into your investment. You shouldn't expect an overnight success with your investment. Patience is key in investing and once you master patience, everything will be a lot easier. Investing is also risky, and sometimes unpredictable. Researching what you want to invest in makes your investment safer (less risky).
Click here for a guide describing the different types of investing.

When should I buy?
A good time to buy is when the market is in a decline, or when people are panic selling (you have to get the right timing). There are a lot of occasions where we know that the market is going to go down. Such as a steam sale. When steam releases a sale (cheaper games) people sell their csgo items/skins to buy the cheaper games. Another time where a decline should happen is when a major is on. The last day of the major its when there is the 75% sticker sale, again, people sell their skins/items to buy cheap stickers. During big hypes/crashes and/or when no-one talks about the investment you want to make is also a great time to buy.

When should I sell?
You should NEVER panic sell without researching about what caused the big decline in price (if that's the reason you want to sell). People often sell when they want to cash-out or to buy games/skins. When you have a long-term investment, there isn't a perfect time to sell. For short-term investments timing is everything. News such as valve updates/statements can hype/destroy a specific investment. To be up to date with the news, subscribe to our steam group's announcement thread, where we post whenever something out of the ordinary happens to the market / the csgo scene.. Click here for the announcement thread and click here to see how you can subscribe to the news thread[prntscr.com].

How do I get Investing news sent to my RRS feed?
Yes you can! Just click on this link OR you can go and click on the "Announcements" tab, and then click on the "Subscribe to the RRS Feed" button. All announcements we post will be sent straight to your RRS feed.

Why did an item decreased/increased or crash/spike in price?
CSGO Updates (new guns, new operations, new cases), a famous person (big streamer or youtuber) hypes or tries to manipulate an item, a Major is going on (people sell their items to buy the new stickers), a Steam Sale is happening (again, people sell their items to buy low-price games), in-game key prices/drop rate increased/decreased or it can also be affected by a statement from Valve regarding issues (eg. the gambling scandal)

What is a Major?
A Major is a Valve Sponsored CSGO Tournament. The difference between a normal CSGO Tournament and a Valve Sponsored Tournament are:
  • The prize pool for a valve sponsored tournament is 1 Million (1,000,000) us dollars.
  • There are stickers in-game that you can buy and apply them to your skins.
  • There are badges for the players that make it in the Quarter-Final, Semi-Final, Final and for the Winning Champions. Examples - #1[prnt.sc] #2[prntscr.com]

How can I cash out my items to real money safely?
These sites are trustworthy and have been around for a while. But, use them at your own risk:
