Steam market item not showing up

So im trying to sell an item on the market and for some odd reason it doesnt appear on the list ! is it just me or something's going on with the market now?

I'm having the same problems with my items. The servers / something else is probably clogged up so just wait.

its been half hour since i posted the items and i see other people posting items why would it work for other items like cases and stuff makes no sense
