Crash Fix

Hello. 3 things makes the game (WiC+SA) crash on startup.

1. Problem with DirectX 10.
   
   
   • Best solution: Use windowed mode
     Opens the "Game options.txt" file located in "My Documents\World in Conflict" and changes "myFullscreenFlag" from 1 to 0.
     
     
   • Radical solution: Use DirectX 9
     Opens the "Game options.txt" file located in "My Documents\World in Conflict" and changes "myDX10Flag" from 1 to 0.
     Thus, the game will use DX9, which should work in all cases.
   
   If Full Screen is needed, you can sometimes fix it by enabling all screens that are connected to your PC and attribute the good as "primary" and "secondary" screen (helping you with the 2 solutions above).
   
   
2. Launching the game too quickly:
   
   
   • When the launcher appear, wait two seconds or more to launch the game (probably for key verification), otherwise the game instant crash when the main screen appear.
   
   
3. Problem with Steam version of the game:
   
   
   • Uninstall the game and only install the "Soviet Assault expension pack" (see here)

Another solution is to buy the game at GOG[www.gog.com] which supposedly have fixed some of the crash issues listed above. (see here)
