Touhou Fortress closing this month

The Touhou Fortress server will be closing down by the end of the month, so play on it while you can.

Thank you to everyone who played on the server, and everyone who helped run it. If theres demand, the server can always go back up, we've archived it.

Why is the server going down? Lack of interest from both admins and players.

I don't remember if it needs to be patched or not, but running the game in Japanese locale (using a program like applocale works) should fix the crash.

How do I prevent touhou 13.5 from crashing when a wild Kokoro appears?
