Why a group solely for Halloween items? Because a complete Halloween collection is most likely the hardest kind of non-unusual collection to achieve!

To be allowed to enter you are required to own at least these items (exceptions include early membership or special collections!):
• Clean Voodoo Juju
• Clean Spine-Chilling Skull
• Clean Unusual Horseless Headless Horsemann's Headtaker
• A Full Set of 27 Costume Pieces

Rank is determined by (1), the order in which a full collection was obtained; and (2), the points value of your collection according to the list below.

To have a complete collection, one must obtain all Halloween-related items released in official Halloween updates. You ALWAYS need to own the cleanest possible version of an item for achieving 100%. The Level 31 on your items (or set of items, such as the 27 Costume Pieces) is optional, and will reward you bonus points (100% will remain the maximum)!
However, to have a truly complete Halloween set, Level 31 is required! Such a set cannot exist as of yet.

You can only receive an item's points once for your rank, even if you have it several times.
