Another Staff Restructure

This will be old news for any of you who visit the Discord or the Site, however I will post it here anyhow.

First, Sawtooth Stepped down later last year, and I took his place as Admin of SFO alongside Dr.Orange.

Second, MK will not be returning and ownership of the website/forums and the domains have been handed over to me, This happened right after Xmas last year.
