Problem to get start application

Hey, I've tried to begin my application, but I got this message:
UNFORTUNATELY YOU CANNOT ACCESS THIS SERVER WITH A LIMITED OR
VAC BANNED ACCOUNT OR IF YOU HAVE NOT SETUP YOUR COMMUNITY PROFILE YET.
PLEASE SETUP YOUR COMMUNITY PROFILE NOW,
IF YOUR ACCOUNT OTHERWISE FULFILLS THESE REQUEREMENTS.

But I already setup my community profile so I really don't know what is the problem in here.
Is anyone who can help me?
