Was my application declined?

I`ve translated a description of this game from English to Ukrainian. I`ve got no e-mail messages for a week and then I went on steamtraslation website and i saw a welcome page with my translation but I haven`t seen that my application was still pending, I saw only my translation and a "submit" button.
Can you answer me did i get deny or if you accidentally declined would you like to answer me and recheck my translation. Thank you so much! http://store.steampowered.com/app/201000

You may apply for participation on STS three times. If you log back in to STS, you should be able to re-apply.
