In the karaoke contest the top three winners can chose one game form the list of games I am planning on giving away and I give it to them, no steamgift giveaway involved. I thought it would be nice to give the person offering to make giveaways the option to be exempt themselves from this, and only make group giveaways for their games. perhaps it wasn't a needed clause.
