Shoval's Tournament #7 - Saturday, September 26th

Unbelievable, 7th tourney, that's unbelievable! Who would've thought I'll be able to host so many tournaments? But I couldn't host them without participants! So thanks for every player who have ever participated in my tournaments! I'm very grateful! And yeah, I'm still supporting the idea of having a tournament each month. And the special thing in this tournament is.... Something you've all been waiting for... Are you ready?... Boost Race Tournament! Yeah, so after few requests I decided to actually host one! So I hope this tournament will go fine without problems and we'll only have fun!

Notes & Rules

1. As I said, this will be a Boost Race events tournament!
No other events but Boost Race events. Twenty tracks will be played, ten tracks for each round. In each round, two tracks will be mirrored tracks. The list of tracks is shown below.

2. Any player may join. For having two rounds I need more than 12 players signed up. The max of players that can sign up for having two rounds is 20. BUT! I always need replacers! So feel free to sign up even if there is a total of 20 players signed.

3. The tournament will be taking place at Saturday 26th of September - 10:00PM UTC/GMT +3/IDT, or to make it simpler, check the event's page in the group to see it in your timezone.

4. If you get a network error you'll get the points that your bot got. In case five or more players gets network error the event will be restarted. But, if a player gets network error before starting the race (before the announcer counts down) all players MUST return to the lobby and restart the event, otherwise the points points of the players who didn't return will not be counted.

5. Whoever has IceBlade's tool has to have it setted to 10, if you don't have it then there is nothing you need to do. Apart IceBlade's tool, I had an idea of using IceBlade's Balance Mod for the tournament, not this tournament, but for the next tournaments, so please write below if you would like having a tournament with IceBlade's Balance Mod.

6. I know I don't need to mention that but I will. No hacks are allowed in this tournament. If a player caught hacking he won't keep participating in my tournament. However, for making sure the player is hacking I need evidence which can be a screenshot\ video or anything that can confirms that the player is a hacker. I will decide if the evidence is enough or not.

7. Each lobby's host has to take a screenshot of each event's results.

8. Bonus Tracks will be played in Round one for a tie of 5th place, and for Finals Bonus Track will be played for a tie of 6th place or higher.

9. Since it's a Boost Race only tournament, using the roulette before the race starts is not allowed.

Also just a sorta note; should maybe put a rule in stating for people not to use slots at start, ie no items(unless that's something you are ok with). Epona used to make that a rule as I remember and didn't see it stated so just thought I'd point that out, otherwise you migh get people trying to be sneaky and use items at the start.

PS I'm super excited, been waiting for boost tourney forever. :P

Sorry I didn't mention this in my first post, but yeah I think this would be a great idea. I've thought of this myself before; whether it be a normal race tourney which would make items less intense, or my other thoughts were involving his AI mod...boost race 5 person lobbies to cut down on unintentional bumps. Or perhaps 1v1 tourneys, or 2v2, so many possibilities!

Would also love to hear others thoughts on such things.

Meh. I'm probably banned from Shoval's Tournaments anyway due to how rude I was to him.

Even though I've said really bad stuff to other people, and they usually didn't seem to mind or got over it quickly. Could just not talk to people in the Group Chat. It's up to you weather or not I'm allowed to join these tournaments hosted by Shoval after the incident. Whatever though.
