"Compelling interactive book with challenging turn & time based combat. Lots of choices with consequences, nice crafting system, gritty story - Must Buy!"

This is the review that finally led me to realize that whoever is running this absolutely does not care about RPG games in the slightest. This is a book with quick time events. It is not an RPG. Unbelievable. Bye, shill - I hope you got paid enough.

Huh. Finally a recommendation for something I've had no clue about. Much appreciated, looks interesting!

Yep, you can call some combat elements 'quick time events' or better 'quick time actions'.
You have to click in time on several screen icons/symbols that pop up, build up and then vanish from the screen.

Ok, that's starting to make more sense.
"action sequences in which the player has to react in time as well" -> does that mean quick time events? That wouldn't be surprising considering it was originally developped for smartphones
ANyway, that's a Lone Wolf, I'm thus inevitably interested. Nostalgy...

The game works with combat rounds and multiple cooldowns for each skill and action sequences in which the player has to react in time as well. Pretty complex and challenging. I recommend to start on normal difficulty.

"turn and time based combat" ? That doesn't make much sense to me
