Chat Rules

Since the group has been growing, and the chat room became more and more active, we've come to the point where we need rules for the chat room.

The staff will make sure to keep the rules enforced, especially during the most active hours.

If you join the chat we're giving from granted that you've read and acknowledged the chat rules; Therefore, from now on, all the chat bans will be permanent.

1. English only. The only language that is acceptable here is English.
   
   
2. Be respectful. Don't say anything that may offend someone: no racism, sexism, homophobia, or other hate speech, as well as links to shocking websites, piracy or porn.
   
   
3. Be appropriate. No sexual pictures, names, etc. No bad smiley combinations. No flirting. No swearing. No talk about drugs.
   
   
4. Don't advertise. Whether it be a site or chat that belongs to you, a friend, or anything else not "mainstream." Linking to YouTube or an image is fine (as long as the video/image is appropriate).
   
   
5. Don't impersonate. Don't impersonate the staff. The use of the tag [MSG15 MOD] is reserved to the staff, any abuse will be punished with a ban from both chat room and group.
   
   
6. Don't request a higher rank. Asking for member/mod/owner is strictly forbidden. You must earn your position!
   
   
7. No personal information. Do not disclose or request personal information of yours or any other person.
   
   
8. No begging. Begging will not be tolerated.
   
   
9. Don't spam. Four messages in a row, or saying one sentence in several messages is considered flooding.
   
   
10. Don't troll. This chat is to meet people and enjoy a fun time together. So please behave.
    
    
11. Don't trade. We're here to help each other with the Summer Monster Game, not to trade anything. Linking items in the chat will result in a single warning followed by a ban. If someone else has been warned recently, you will banned without warning instead.
    
    
12. Give staff respect. The staff of this chat are volunteering their time to moderate and keep the chat clean. If you're saying one of the moderators are bad, or publicly ranting about something bad the mod did, that is a bannable offence. If you have a genuine report for the main owner, you may submit one here.
    
    
13. No drama/disruption. Any form of disruption or drama will not be tolerated. This rule is left up to mods/owners discretion.
