I kickstarted for the game. I did not kickstart for Early access. I do not expect to be given something I did not pay for. I'm ready when they are.

wow, as a newcomer to this games development cycle I am very dissapointed to see that the people that initially kickstarted this game when this company needed their help are not being given access to the early release free, as a reward for their help when the project was trying to get off the ground.

Yeah yeah, I get it about kickstarter and what it is for so I dont need to hear all that blah blah about the purpose of kickstarter, but honestly the right thing to do is for the developers to give their most loyal fans, the ones that helped them get this project off the ground early access for free.

From my perspective as someone who has been around the block and watched other companies do it the right way, this seems very greedy on the part of the development company making this game and it makes me have little to no faith in them going forward.

Shame on you for treating your early backers this way! :(

I personally didn't back on Kickstarter but I strongly feel that all the backers who pledged for a full game copy should be granted the Early access version here immediately !

That's obviously the right thing morally.

hello, whether the game is on a mac OS?

Remember that as a backer you invested in a game you wanted to see get made. You didn't "preorder" the game and your investment was supposed to be from the heart; not an excuse to get perks or have control over the developers in some weird way.

If I had known there was a kickstarter for a Planescape:Torment sequel I would have GLADLY contributed AND been happy to pay for my early access. A kickstarter is just a kickstarter. If no promises were made about granting early access to contributors then what is everyone crying about? You gave money without expecting anything, for the sole purpose of ensuring this fantastic project would get off the ground and be able to walk in the shoes of its predecessor. Be happy to give this project more of your dollars people.

Want to add my voice to the chorus, feeling pretty upset that I kickstarted a game and can't playit but it's available to purchase. Poorly handled. Fix this, devs.

So the feedback button is only for backers apparently? Would have liked to use it to report bugs... Anyways, i love everything about this game. writing. art direction. music. love it.

It would absolutely be a good idea to give any backers from the kickstarter the Early Access aswell. Theres no reason not to, and it just produces bad mood, totally unncessary.

In the end, waiting for the game till its finished is totally fine, i do not even want to play the game Early Access, as its "bugged" an unfinished, i want the game in its full glory and it has to be great, expectations are huge and it has to deliver with all the people involved (so far looks really good).

But for the sake of making people happy and providing a nice hype, it would badly require to give all the backers early access, if they want to (and not all want).
