Just work, liars.
I don't mind cosmetic microtransactions as long as they're not being shoved in your face, but this kind of thing ruins an otherwise fun game, as one user pointed out it is very VERY unrealistic that skins somehow improve the stats of a weapon, not even the Army of Two games have done that and they're pretty over the top when it comes to things.
Can't you just do what Valve did with CS:GO and just make them PURELY cosmetic?
