Shame on you, Don't cheat or hack in VAC prtected games.

Either you cheated, someone else cheated on your account or you messed with core game files, e.g. installed a "texture pack" which contains a DLL file or something like that.
You can submit a support ticket to have a human review your ban, but the odds are less than 1%.
