A common scam, report the guy via his profile.

Money can not be traded, besides the community market and the only thing he did was to write the message himself or just a copy paste from somewhere.

It's old, and ♥♥♥♥♥♥, also pretty obvious.

Everyone knows steam money can't be traded so, just a typical fail scam.
