Steam Market Restriction

I recently added money to my steam account. I used a visa gift card to do it, but since it was a new payment method steam put a restriction on the market until I get the funds verified. I can wait of they gave me an option to verify the transactions with my bank. Well since I used a gift card there is no way to contact the "bank". Someone please help me with this, it is stupid they have it.

It is a good system to prevent fraud. your card should have a phone number or email address on the back for you to call for the two verification amounts.
