BAN 7 DAYS MM FOR GRAPHIC BUG AND RESTARTS

Im sorry for miss topic but i just want to ask there and support as well why i got banned. I had to leave game for one GRAPHIC BUG THAT HAPPEND TO ME. That game were premade and friend told me that they dont care about lose but they were surprised as me 2 restart of CS STILL SAME BUG BUT THEN WHEN I RECONECTED I GOT 7DAY BAN AND I DONT KNOW WHY CAUSE I WAS NOT DISCONECTED MORE THAN 3 MINUTES SO I WOULD LIKE to ask you for unban.
