HELP DOWNLOADS STOP RANDOMLY NEED FIX

so my steams been atcting up by not dowloading games it just stops randoly with the arrow thing to put to top of que and its not dowloading the whole game so it crashes it happend with watch dogs to yes i have un installed steam so pleasea help my games dont work anymore thanks to this

Had the same problem 2 days ago, but a reboot fixed it
Perhaps it's a steam servers issue

Delete the game at local level and re-download!
