Can't sell items
so I put items up for sale but I can't see it on its page; and I guess noone does
so what do I do? is this some new feature?

Yes. Steam market is now operating with buy orders. You don't see individual listings anymore.

Say goodbuy to the market as it used to be. It's gotten a lot worse now.
