Tips and trick for the summer sale?

Hello everyone, I'm still pretty new to steam and looking forward to my first steam summer sale. If anyone know's any tips and tricks to help me out that would be great. Thank you.:)

Tip: Try not to spend all your money.

Only buy games on daily deal or flash sale. I never buy anything unless it's 75% off and that usually happens towards the end of the sale. Last day is usually an encore sale where they'll put up the most popular deals.

Be patient and only buy daily deal or flash deals is my only advice. Don't make the same mistake like me because the games you buy may come even cheaper the next day or few from a daily deal/flash sale, which really annoys me.

I have only seen two season sales, but from what I can tell, the flash sales/front page ads for sales are mostly AAA titles or popular games, which leaves some needed research to be done for everything else. I think I'm approaching this sale by going through my wishlist every day and anything that's 60% off or higher: buy now.
